Who writes these articles?
Scanemon Editorial is the team behind the Scanemon app. These are our own product-site guides, not independent reviews of Scanemon. We use AI-assisted drafting, check source support and product claims, and approve each article before it enters our daily publishing queue. We do not claim professional appraisal or grading credentials.
What we check
We use primary references such as Pokémon’s card database and support pages, marketplace documentation, and grading organizations’ published standards. Sources appear in each article. Practical checklists and clearly hypothetical examples explain a process; they are not reports of hands-on tests we have not performed.
Prices and app features need context
A card estimate is not a guaranteed selling price. Exact printing, language, variant, condition, fees, currency, and the date of a comparison all matter. A photo match does not authenticate a card or determine its professional grade. Scanemon focuses on Pokémon cards; a general article about TCG scanners does not mean the app supports every game.
Features, subscriptions, and availability can vary by platform, app version, and store region. Check the current App Store or Google Play listing before subscribing. AI recognition requires Pro where available; we do not promise unlimited free scans.
